Una vez triturado a\u00f1ade la ch\u00eda y la avena. Remu\u00e9velo bien y gu\u00e1rdalo en la nevera toda la noche.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por la ma\u00f1ana sirve el pud\u00edn en un bol y pon los toppings que te gusten: nibs de cacao, avellanas, l\u00e1minas de coco, frambuesas, ar\u00e1ndanos, &#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disfr\u00fatalo !!!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo puedes guardar en la nevera durante 2-3 d\u00edas.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si lo prefieres m\u00e1s espeso pon m\u00e1s ch\u00eda y avena; si lo prefieres m\u00e1s l\u00edquido pon menos.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy os comparto uno de mis desayunos favoritos!
